I stated I wanted a phone call and apology, to know that the situation was adequately addressed. I was told that it would be copied and reviewed. I was taken to the machine that had been spilled on and rudely the security said, “so you’re saying you weren’t at this machine and spilled all over it?” I replied “no”. I was completely shocked! Because this just plain didn’t happen! I went to the “rewards counter” to request the head of security to explain this to me. We were in the casino, when I went to the bar to get a cocktail, I find out from the bartender that I was observed dumping a drink on a machine and just leaving it, which ruined the machine. Never been treated so rudely! My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and stay for 2 nights.
